When you are in the process of your MLM recruiting, there is so much that goes into it.
Should I say this, should I do this? You don’t want to say or do the wrong thing, but at the same time you need them to sign up!
The fear of doing the wrong thing can easily place you on the side of procrastination and deeply hurt your business.
MLM recruiting can be a lot easier when you know the right things to say. If you’re looking at this saying “Uh that’s great, but what’s the right thing to do and not to do”
First lets go over what not to do while in the process of your MLM recruiting..
The Ugly
Not doing it at all. This is the biggest mistake you can possibly do. I see it all the time where people are completely done with their recruiting and want to just build their business online.
Last time I checked this is a people business, and will more likely always be. You are going to have to get used to talking to people. You might not like it in the beginning, but trust me, it will get better.
MLM recruiting is the bread and butter of your success in this industry. Every top MLM recruiter started just like you; Frustrated trying to figure out what they were doing wrong. And they figured it out.
They didn’t quit.
Make the decision that you are going to do whatever it takes to get better at your recruiting, and take non-stop action.
The Bad
When you are out there recruiting, you have to believe in yourself. This is vital to your success. If you feel that you are just going to be bothering people and don’t really believe in what you are doing, you won’t recruit one person. You might even have the best comp plan and product, but if your prospect cant see the belief in you, they wont join.
A way to increase your belief while MLM recruiting is by constantly feeding your mind positive things. Read personal development books; hear audios in your car. I promise you that when you start doing this, your belief will skyrocket.
The Good
Now that you understand what not to do in the process of your MLM recruiting, here are a few Do’s.
- Make a firm decision that you are going to talk to 5-10 new people a day about your business. The gap is whether you are part time or full time in your business.
- Make it fun. Whether that prospect says yes or no, know that you are getting better with every answer.
- Whenever your prospect is on the fence, really “listen” to their hot buttons. What is the reason for being interested in your opportunity? When you find that out, you now know what’s most important to them.
I hope that these tips have really given you a better prospective when it comes to MLM recruiting. What i want to do now is give you FREE access to a training that will show you how to recruit top leaders into your business. All you have to do is CLICK HERE and i’ll see you on the other side.

Although we are all marketing online now, you are right in saying this is still a “people” business and people WILL join people, so going out and talking to people and listening to what their biggest issues are, will help us show them the solution.
