Is there a Herbalife Scam?

That is more than likely what you typed in the search box. You might be looking into the business opportunity, but before making any decision on joining, you want to check what other people are saying about the company. Time and time again, people join things without doing their proper research, so I want to commend you on doing so.

So to answer your question on whether there is a Herbalife scam… No there is no truth to this claim. Herbalife is a legitimate company that has been around for tens of years. This is a great sign of the company standing the test of time since most MLM companies crash within the first 5 years.

So Where Do These Herbalife Scam Claims Come From?

Most of these claims come from two sources. The first would be previous reps of the company who failed to see personal success, and are now claiming a scam any chance they get. The second would be people who are just not fans of the industry. Understand that these sources are not exactly the best.

I’m sure you are asking, “If there is no Herbalife Scam, then why do these people fail anyway?”

That is a great question, pay attention because this is what will ultimately determine your success with the company. I’ll break this up into the two main reasons people fail. The first is they simply come into the business with a “solution” mindset. They feel that the business will answer their problems. Herbalife is a vehicle that will get you to where you want to go, but just like getting into a car, you must have a route to go. You must know exactly what and where you are going. Don’t treat it with a “wing it” mentality, but more of a million dollar business mentality.

The second reason is due to the lack of marketing training. Most Herbalife reps when they first sign up that all they have to do is make this huge list of friends and family. That all it will take is telling a few people and they will do the same and bam, you have a huge business. So the rep gets excited, and when it doesn’t happen like that, they feel discouraged, beaten and eventually quit, claiming there is a Herbalife Scam.

How Do You Overcome These Two Obstacles?

Make the decision right now that you are going to do whatever it takes to achieve success. This might mean working your business harder than your full time job. Remember, you have the opportunity to have the dream lifestyle with your business, so go after it. Second, come to an early understanding that you will need to leverage a marketing system that will brand you as a leader. This will lead to you creating your own list of highly qualified prospects, sponsoring them into your business, and even making money from the people who will say NO to your business. That is how you are going to build a successful Herbalife business my friend.
